Michael Piekarski started his first business in college while studying entrepreneurship and engineering. Since then he has founded multiple successful businesses, focusing on manufacturing, electronics, and computer technology. Born in the USA, Michael now lives between Puerto Rico and Colombia.

Michael approaches business from a direct and pragmatic approach, with a technique of creating practical solutions with his own hands, and then scaling those solutions with strategic implementation.

Seeing the flaws of large-scale bitcoin mining facilities at the time, Michael started NoogaNode in 2017 to take advantage of the opportunity, and to realize a more sustainable method of mining Bitcoin. Greenbit is an extension of this endeavor, focusing on the opportunities of renewable power in South America.

Erwin Roca is an executive with a solid background as a telecommunications engineer and vast experience in the business field. His outstanding career in the telecommunications and oil services sectors has positioned him as an agent of change and growth in various organizations.

His deep technical knowledge and business vision have allowed him to identify key opportunities and develop innovative solutions that drive the business success of both his own companies and his ventures.

Additionally, Erwin is recognized for his ability to build strong relationships with clients, collaborators, and business partners throughout Latin America for the development of various projects at Greenbit.Farm.

Paul Sardina

Financial & Corporate Strategy

Originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, Paul Sardina has lived and worked across Central and South America. With strong background in international and domestic corporate and private banking beginning in 1986, Paul has worked for major US Banks and investment firms, focusing on Latin America and the Caribbean.

In 2006, Paul founded two companies: Biscayne Financial Advisors, providing global wealth management for ultra-high net worth families, and Biscayne Equity Partners, an investment bank specializing in transactions in Central and South America.

Paul Studied at the University of Dayton and attended Culver Military Academy.

Jonathan Sieja

Operations & Magement

Jonathan has spent over 25yrs in the technology sector. His career began in software development and evolved over the years into large scale operations and project implementation/management. Spending the last 10yrs building DevOps organizations across multiple companies, most notably Costar Group, has provided Jonathan the perfect foundation for a seamless crossover to crypto operations.

In 2015, Jonathan implemented his first mining facility, later merging with NoogaNode in 2017 to support their scaling endeavors.

Jonathan has experience managing engineers globally including the US, South America, India and Eastern Europe. Born in the USA, Jonathan now lives in Puerto Rico.
